Trailer Rentals Made Simple

How It Works

Renting a trailer from Clear Creek Rentals is straightforward. Here's everything you need to know from booking to return.

01

Browse & Book Online

Start by browsing our fleet of 22ft car haulers and 24ft equipment haulers on the Fleet page. Each listing shows capacity, dimensions, and pricing so you can pick the right trailer for your job.

Once you've found your trailer, click "Book This Trailer" to open the booking wizard. Select your pickup and return dates, review the pricing summary, and complete checkout securely through GoDaddy Payments.

You'll receive a confirmation with your reservation details. We'll follow up to coordinate your exact pickup time.

02

Complete Everything Online

After booking, you'll receive two emails: one to sign your rental agreement digitally and one to upload your driver's license and proof of insurance. Both take just a few minutes from your phone.

Sign the agreement using the signature pad in your email link — no printing, no faxing, no paperwork at pickup.

Upload a photo of your driver's license and insurance card through the secure upload link. Your documents are stored privately and used only to verify your rental.

Once your agreement is signed and documents are uploaded, you're cleared for a fully contactless pickup. Just show up at the scheduled time.

03

Towing Tips

Before you pull out, do a quick walk-around: confirm the hitch is fully seated and locked, safety chains are crossed and connected, all lights are working, and the load is centered and secured.

Allow extra stopping distance — a loaded trailer significantly increases your braking distance. Brake early and smoothly, especially on grades.

Keep your speed at or below posted limits and reduce speed on curves, ramps, and in high winds. Wide turns are required to keep the trailer's wheels on the road surface.

Never exceed the trailer's rated payload capacity. Overloading is dangerous and the renter is fully responsible for any damage caused by overloading.

04

Return Process

Return the trailer at the agreed time and location. All trailers are inspected before and after each rental — any damage will be documented at return.

The trailer should be returned in the same condition it was rented: clean, with all tie-down straps and ramps accounted for.

If you need more time, call or text us as soon as possible. If the trailer isn't reserved by another customer, we'll extend your rental at the daily rate. Late returns without notice are charged at the daily rate per additional day.
